ⅠService Promises

We provide nationalwide quality warranty. you can dial the hotline: 8610-8230650 before the warranty is expired for products failures within our promise-range
2 Free home training: Complete instructional manual and Certifications is provided. Besides, timely service and help is available via fax, Mail, E-Mail and Internet.
5 work: our normal working time is from 9am to 6pm from Monday to Friday.
We will response to your call within 2 hours. We will call you in 2 hours after receiving your mending commands to arrange the mending affairs.。


ⅡGuarantee period

The guarantee certificate: invoice and the Three Guarantees certificates.
The beginning date for guarantee: the same to the purchasing date indicated on the invoice.
If you fail to provide any valid invoice or the Three Guarantees certificates, or the information on the certificate fail to match the product or being defaced, unclear, then The beginning dates for guarantee will be 3 months later from original ones. If you we fail to get any valid information about the production, we will not offer the free mending service.


Periods for Warranty time and door-to-door service:
The BC series production’s guarantee period is 5 years including the board and the board card.
accessories of the BC series’ guarantee period is 1 year including the electronic pen and the date lines.
The electronic pen nib’s guarantee period is 6 months.


The guarantee period after mending: the items in the guarantee service will continue after the production receives any mending. if the mending time is less than 3 months apart from the expiration time we promises, the service time will be prolonged with extra 3 months(this rule is only valid for the products that have free guarantee period more than 1 year)

The warranty items work for:
The standard warranty items just work for the productions of BoardChange made and sold in China. The warranty of the parts refers to the configurations accessories with the productions from BoardChange.
We will not take any responsibilities for the service and training offered by other association or individual without our authorization
To the production which can not be changed normally, we can offer the mending with charge.


Exceptions

The warranty item won’t work for the following situations:
1. The fault and damage caused by incorrect usage, storage, maintenance, or operation
2. The fault and damage caused by running in the abnormal working environment. (like: too high or too
    low temperature or moisture, abnormal physical pressure, too high altitude, Electromagnetic
    Interference, Power instability, Electrostatic interference, etc.);
3. The fault and damage caused by any association or workers’ repairing or mending without our
    authorization.
4. The fault and damage caused by using the accessories which are not provided by our company.
    (Reference to the packing list.)
5. The damages caused by some external factors or human factors. (e.g: liquid leak transportation,,
    scratching, dimming, insects damage, incorrect operations, etc. )
6. The damage caused by the nature or uncontrollable factors. (e.g: earthquake, thunder, fire, etc.)
7. The normal loss and damage. (e.g: the abrasion and damage of the crust and the joints etc.)
